Yippee! I’m finally done with my drawing of all of my dolls! I am so happy with the way it turned out! I think my favorite dolls in the picture are Kaya, Grace and Jamie. I love the design on Kaya’s dress and she looks so pretty in it, even on paper! :) Grace is really cute because of her sweet smile. Her shirt turned out great. I really like Jamie’s mischievous smile on her face. It looks really funny to me.
You would not believe how many times I had to draw Kanani’s face. It was ridiculous. I drew it at least 10 times before I drew one I liked.
I had been working on this drawing for about a week, and I didn’t seem to be drawing like myself. I know that sounds kind of weird, but it’s true. Sometimes I just have a few days where I don’t draw like I always do. So I waited a few days, and I tried again. Yesterday, I completed my drawing and I colored it with my Prismacolor colored pencils. They work so well. I highly recommend them! Anyway, here is the new and improved picture!

Thank you so much. :)
Wow, this picture looks amazing. The shading is so realistic! Each of the dolls is so detailed and beautiful. Yay for Prismacolor pencils, as expensive as they are! Coloring with them is like coloring with butter. Great Job!
P.S. i know exactly what you mean by “drawing like yourself ;-). )
Thank you. I had a fun time making it. I am glad so many people enjoy it!
This is awesome! You should be an artist when you grow up! Amazing! I really like how you drew Isabelle! Maybe there should be an event at the ag stores like you draw the dolls and charge money. If you have time, check out my blog. Just go to Google and type in Nikki Malt’s blog!
Okay thank you. :)

Oh, how cool! Have fun with your new doll. I got my Kanani on ebay too. :)

Is there a way I can follow you in my WordPress reader?
Somewhere on wordpress readers, you can enter a URL to follow. On a computer, push blogs I follow, and next to it will be a little gear picture. Push that, and you can enter whichever URL you want to follow. Hope this helps!

Beautiful picture! I love to draw but I’m not as good as you! :) Where can you buy the Primsacolor pencils at?
The best place to get them is at Amazon. They are the cheapest there.
Oh my goodness! You are so good!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is 5 star work!!!!!!!! Thanks for the amazing stories, artwork, and photos you and your friends make!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You’re welcome! And thank you! :)
Can you please tell me how to draw hands like that? The only part of my drawings that are not good are the hands.
It’s not really something I can explain. You can only teach that by showing people how. I like to took at my hands in my shadows, and observe how they look at different angles. It helps me get a better picture in my mind of how I want a hand to look. Somtimes I also look up photos of hands in certain positions for a reference. I hope this helps! :)
Thanks!
