Many of you who read Funny Friday a couple of weeks ago remembered the cotton candy in the fridge. Well, today I’m going to show you how to make it.
First, you gather the materials. You will need 4 to 5 cotton balls, glue, blue and pink markers and the pointy part cut off the top of a fruit kabob. (This should be about three inches long.)
Next, you stick one of the cotton balls on the point of the stick, like this.
Then you stretch out the sides of the cotton ball. You can add more until the ball of fluff looks big enough.
After you put on the all of the cotton balls except one, take it and unroll it. (If you look closely, you can see it’s rolled up.)
You wrap it around the big cotton ball until there’s almost none left.
Put glue under the part where the cotton ball end will rest and leave it to dry for at least and hour or two.
When it’s dry, you can color the cotton candy with the markers. If it’s too light, the color might not show up.
Here’s what the finished cotton candy looks like.
Hope you enjoy making this craft!
