Kanani is back to her old, old self! The curls look gorgeous and they make me love her even more than I did before. I don’t know how long the curls will last, but I hope at least a week! I am not going to brush them, just spray water on them and twist them up. I said to my mom yesterday, “What if someone kept buying Kanani dolls and then fixing their hair, and selling them again at a greater price?” He he. I’m not going to do that, but that would be funny. Here are the pictures!
hi, i'm dara! i started this blog with my sister dacey back in 2014 and have been photographing my dolls ever since. because of my american girl collection that started when i received my first doll in 2009 , i've written stories, sewn doll clothes, and made coloring pages, all here on the blog. now that i'm older, i'm not as active, but i still love my dolls just the same. if you want to see my latest work, check out my instagram (@americangirldollartist) for a collection of my favorite photos and inspired artwork.
So pretty, I think I will do it on Kaitlyn or Felicity!
Her hair is still curly.
Felicity’s? Only a little
I meant that Kanani’s hair is still curly. But now, it’s pretty much straightened out.
Oh you should do it on all your dolls and have a ball
I love it! Can I send my doll Ruthie your way? She needs that done!
Do you think this would work on dolls with shorter hair?
I think so. I think they would just not have as much hair to roll up.
Kanani your hair and pics are A-DOLL-ABLE!!!! So are your sisters.
Thank you!

Oh, I wish I had Kanani, she’s just so beautiful! Love your pictures, and her hair turned out gorgeous.
Well, her hair is not like that anymore. It straightened out on its on. But I’m glad you like the pictures!
I totally need to do that to my Nani! Another spring break activity to look forward to!
