Hello everyone! It’s Isabelle here. I seem to be in the most posts right now. Maybe because I’m about to retire soon? I wish I wasn’t, but another girl will have the honor of being a GOTY.
Anyway, today I will be reviewing some of my mix and match pieces, mostly the purple items: my purple leotard, my purple wrap sweater, my dance skirt, and my tights and leg warmers set.
I will first review the purple leotard.
This leotard is pretty well-made. The sequins add some sparkles and the tulle is beautiful too. There are little creases near my stomach. I don’t know why those are there. I think they are okay. As you can see the neckline has been stretched. I don’t know if Mom stretched it, or if it came like that.
Overall, I rate this 4.9 stars out of 5. This is one of the best mix and match pieces in my opinion.
Now, for my wrap sweater. In the upper right corner, there is a little picture of a dancer sewn on with gold thread. I think it is pretty.
The left part of the sweater crosses over the right. Both pieces have some string so Mom can tie a bow.
I like this piece a lot. I rate this 5 out of 5 stars.
My dance skirt is one of my favorite pieces! I love all of the sequins. This is only $12, and I think it’s a great price for all of the details. The string is a little curly. I love this piece; I love everything about it. I rate this 5 out of 5 stars. I hope I’m not boring you with all of they high star ratings! ;)
My tights and silver leg warmers go in a set that also comes with coral leg warmers as well.
The leg warmers are good quality. Though they are curling at the top, as you can see in the picture.
The tights are cute, but not very good quality. I think they will get broken soon with little girls. Mine already have a small hole near my toes. Good thing I can’t see it. ;)
I rate this set 3.5 stars out of 5. The tights were disappointing. Mom said they were very hard to get on dolls when she first opened them.
My hairstyle is 2 braids on either side of my head and all of my hair pulled back into a ponytail; a hairstyle that is commonly used in the catalog.

All I have from Isabelle’s collection is the sweater, leotard and skirt. I bought them because I love the skirt, and needed something to go with it. I adore the skirt. I rate it 10 out of 5 stars :)
